Era of reconciliation is 'over' amid pipeline agreement: Indigenous activist

Prime Minister Mark Carney and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding for a new pipeline agreement. Several B.C. chiefs say their 'answer is still no,' and vow to use 'every tool in our toolbox' to stop the project.
