The build focuses on maxing Lightning Sentry, Charged Bolt, and Shock Web as the main damage skills. Thunderstorm is also useful for crowd control. One point in Fire Blast allows you to deal with immunes. Maxing Death Sentry provides powerful corpse explosions.
For stats, pump everything into Vitality for survival. Only put enough points in Dexterity and Strength for gear requirements.
