Holiday outfits in GTA Online can feel like they disappear the moment an event ends, which is why players still look for ways to keep them. The Creator route is worth trying if you want a Krampus look without waiting for the next festive update. It works around a custom job's forced team clothing options, and it can be done alone. Some players who collect rare cosmetics alongside GTA 5 Accounts use this approach to build a wardrobe that is a bit less ordinary than the usual store selections.
Set up a solo Creator job
Head into the GTA Online Creator and start a new job. You do not need a clever name here. Put in any title and description, then take the required thumbnail photo with the Creator camera. The important part is the player setting: make the job available for one player. That saves you from needing a friend to test or launch it later. Keep moving through the setup screens until you reach the team options.
Choose the Krampus appearance
Team 1 is where the outfit choice is made. Set its minimum player count to one, then open the team Appearance menu. Change the default clothing category until you land on Xmas Krampus. You should see several versions of the costume there, so pick the one you actually want before continuing. Common choices include.
- Vile Krampus, with its darker festive styling.
- Rotten Krampus, a rougher and more worn-looking version.
- Horrible Krampus, another variant players often save for collection outfits.
Once you have chosen one, switch the team outfit setting to Forced. If it is left on the regular setting, the job may load your normal character clothes instead, which defeats the point.
Make the job playable
The Creator will not let you save a job that is missing its basic pieces. Place a Lobby Camera, at least one Trigger Point, and Spawn Points in sensible spots. They do not need to make a brilliant race or deathmatch; this is just a small private job for the clothing setup. Save it when the validation checks are clear. Back in an online session, open the Pause Menu, go through Jobs, My Jobs, and Creator, then launch your new job. Inside, open the Interaction Menu, select Appearance, then Illuminated Clothing. Hold Right on the D-pad for around 30 seconds.
Keep the outfit after the session changes
After the hold input, do not quit the job normally. Let the game remove you for being idle. Console players can leave the game sitting while they are on the system home screen, while PC players may suspend the game process if that is how they trigger the idle removal. When you load into another GTA Online lobby, check your character straight away. Visit a clothes shop or a property wardrobe and save the look in a free slot. For collectors who also compare options such as GTA 5 Accounts buy, keeping the outfit in a saved slot means the Krampus set stays ready to wear whenever you fancy it.
