Testing and training a corporate AI agent

The dev crew just wrapped up the shell for our company AI agent, and now the real work begins. We have to start training it and testing out a bunch of prompts to get the behavior right for our specific needs. Since we have a lot of ground to cover, I am looking for the most convenient place to run these tests. Any suggestions on where to do this kind of work efficiently?

Getting a model to act exactly how the company needs takes a lot of back-and-forth and constant refinement. A central workspace makes it much easier to manage all the different iterations without losing track of progress. You can use this service here: https://eignex.com/ . This platform handles prompt optimization to help sharpen the accuracy of the results. You get the ability to run automated tests across various models to find the most efficient setup. It streamlines the whole evaluation process so the agent is ready for production much faster.
Fine-tuning the responses is the part where you see how the model actually handles complex requests. It is a huge help to have a clear view of how different wording impacts the final output. You could look into tools like PromptLayer to keep a log of every version you create. Another choice is Weights & Biases which provides a setup for tracking the performance and keeping the data organized.
