The big November update has completely changed how fights play out. Weapons feel different, some old favourites got tweaked, and a bunch of new tactics are popping up. If you’re the type who likes to be first through the door, the aggressive point-man setup is for you. The M5A3 assault rifle feels smoother now thanks to stability buffs, and with a short barrel you get a faster fire rate. Stick on a Cobra Grip to keep recoil in check, and pick a sight you’re comfortable with – the Fusion Holo works well. The G57 pistol in burst mode is a solid backup. Mackay’s grappling hook lets you hit flanks or get up high fast, and smoke grenades can cover your push. A med pen is a lifesaver when you’re deep in enemy lines and need to stay in the fight.
For locking down an area, the support gunner loadout is king right now. The LCMG’s bigger mag and better accuracy make it ideal. A bipod turns it into a beam when mounted, and an extended mag plus a 2.5x scope lets you keep heads down from mid-range. Irish works perfectly here – his deployable cover gives you a safe mount for the bipod. Carry an ammo crate so your squad never runs dry, and an underbarrel smoke launcher to help them push when the enemy’s dug in.
When fights move indoors, you need something quick and deadly. The PBX-45 SMG is a monster up close, with great hip-fire. Add a laser sight for tighter spread, a light suppressor to stay off radar, and high-power close quarters rounds for flexibility. Paik’s scanner is a huge help – spotting enemies behind cover before you go in. A proximity sensor keeps you aware of nearby threats, while C5 explosives can clear stubborn campers or surprise vehicles that wander too close.
If you prefer sneaky flanking, the BSV-M in full-auto is your best friend. Built-in suppressor means you stay quiet, and subsonic rounds keep you off the minimap entirely. Rao’s hacking kit can mess with enemy gear and vehicles, opening up opportunities. T-UGS is handy for spotting movement while you work your way around, and a SOFLAM lets you tag vehicles for your team’s heavy hitters.
