Shark Tank’s Aman Gupta Reacts After A Kid Named His Brand BoAt In Answer Sheet, Catch Details

Since its debut, Shark Tank India has captivated the Indian audience with the innovative products and services showcased by the country's entrepreneurs and innovators. The platform has provided invaluable exposure to small business owners, enabling them to secure significant business deals.

Overall, the show has opened up a new realm of opportunities in India, one that wasn't available when the Shark Tank India panelists were at the same stage as the entrepreneurs they now evaluate. Many of the judges have found success in their founding companies long before such a show existed. Most of them are self-made successes who faced numerous challenges before building their million-dollar enterprises.

However, in a recent turn of events, apart from Aman Gupta’s BoAt, all the Shark Tank judges are reportedly facing substantial losses. Investors such as Vineeta Singh, Ghazal Alagh, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Ashneer Grover, Peyush Bansal, and Amit Jain are reportedly struggling with significant financial setbacks.

A LinkedIn user recently shared a post that quickly went viral, highlighting that apart from BoAt co-founder Aman Gupta, all the investors from the show are currently experiencing major losses.

Before co-founding BoAt, an Indian consumer electronics brand, Aman Gupta held various positions at several companies, including Citi (Assistant Manager), KPMG (Senior Management Consultant), and Harman International (India Sales Director). He charges INR 9 lakhs per episode for his appearances on Shark Tank India.

In a recent social media post, an internet user shared a picture of his son’s answer sheet from school. The child was tasked with framing sentences using the words "happy," "money," and "boat." As an avid fan of Shark Tank, the child wrote, "BoAt is a brand of headphones by Aman Gupta." Interestingly, the teacher marked this response as correct.

Accompanying the post, the father wrote:“My son Anvay’s answer sheet: Aftereffects of Shark Tank. @boatxaman, hope your purpose is served (A for Apple, B for BoAt). Teacher shocked, Anvay rocked!Expectation: Boat is a mode of transport. Reality:”

Aman Gupta responded with enthusiasm, saying, “Smart kid. Let’s get this change done overall in all books now.” He added, “A for Apple, B for BoAt. Petition to make this change in all textbooks!”
