Marrow of the Brute Two-Handed Sword Cosmetic - Available for Barbarians and Necromancers, this powerful weapon skin is earned by watching eligible streams for 3 hours between April 29, 10 am PDT, and May 13, 10 am PDT.
Skull Behelit Mount Trophy - This is a paid item, and you'll need to go through the Twitch store to purchase it. Simply click on the link and approve the request to cheap Diablo IV Items add it to your collection.
